Behavioral Health Services for Wyoming & Colorado

Group therapy creates connection, practice, and accountability in ways individual therapy alone cannot. Our groups are intentionally dynamic: we continuously adapt offerings based on client needs and emerging clinical priorities so groups stay relevant, engaging, and effective. Groups provide a structured space to learn new skills, process shared experiences, and build social supports.

We run groups for a wide range of concerns. Substance use recovery, anger management, creative art therapy, parenting skills, social skills for developmental disabilities, tweens’ life-skills groups, and adolescent DBT for emotion regulation. Each group is led by trained clinicians or specialists and includes clear goals, confidentiality guidelines, and tools members can use between meetings.

Joining a group begins with a brief intake to match needs and readiness. For many clients, the group setting accelerates growth: participants report improved coping, greater confidence, and deeper interpersonal skills as they practice in real time with peers.
