Support Services
Beyond clinical therapy, our support services help clients navigate systems, coordinate care, and maintain stability in everyday life. From the moment of intake, clients who need additional assistance are connected with a Case Coordinator or Case Manager who helps develop individualized service plans, links clients with community resources, advocates for needs, and provides crisis intervention as necessary. These services are especially helpful for clients using Medicaid or facing complex logistical barriers to care.
Independent Rehabilitation Services (social skills development) focuses on practical life skills: communication, community navigation, routines, and behavior strategies. This is so individuals can function more independently at home, school, or work.
Peer Support complements clinical treatment by offering lived-experience guidance and encouragement; peer specialists help clients set and sustain personal goals with empathy and practical insights rooted in recovery.
A team-based approach provides clients with comprehensive, integrated care tailored to their individual needs. A coordinated team comes together (family members, school staff, providers, and natural supports) to keep the young person stabilized in their home, school, and community with a single, cohesive plan tailored to the family’s priorities.
